- Own a home in Clark County, Nevada, or be legally authorized to sign for the owner.
- Enter on this page by Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
- Respond within 48 hours after Monica contacts you to say you won.
- Sign a listing agreement with Monica within 14 days of the drawing, by Friday, December 4, 2026.
- Put your home on the market no later than January 31, 2027.
- Not have your home listed with another agent or brokerage.
- Pay the $1,000 listing fee plus brokerage fees at closing, and any costs you agree to with your buyer.

1. Sponsor
The $1,000 Listing Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Monica Margaretis, REALTOR®, Nevada license S.201587, with Legacy Real Estate Group (together, the "Sponsor"), Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are an owner of record of residential real property located in Clark County, Nevada, or who are legally authorized to sign a listing agreement for that property on the owner's behalf, such as a trustee, an authorized officer or manager of an owning entity, or an agent under a valid power of attorney.
The property may be owner-occupied, a rental, or an investment property. A property that is subject to an active exclusive listing agreement with another brokerage at the time of the drawing or at the time of signing is not eligible.
Monica Margaretis, the agents and employees of Legacy Real Estate Group, and the members of their immediate families and households are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The entry period begins on the date this page is first published and ends on Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries received after that time will not be accepted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Complete and submit the entry form on this page at monopolymonica.com/win. There is no other method of entry. Entry is free. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries submitted by automated means, and incomplete or false entries are void.
Sharing, liking, following, or commenting on social media is not required to enter and does not earn additional entries.
5. Drawing and odds
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Friday, November 20, 2026. The Sponsor intends to conduct the drawing live on her Instagram and Facebook accounts. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner notification and verification
The potential winner will be contacted by phone and email using the information submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt.
The potential winner may be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of ownership or signing authority, which the Sponsor may also verify through public records.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not meet the deadlines in these rules, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. The prize
The prize is a reduced listing-side commission of $1,000 for the sale of the one eligible property identified in the winning entry, plus the standard fees charged by the Sponsor's brokerage, which will be disclosed in writing in the listing agreement before the winner signs.
The winner receives full listing representation from Monica Margaretis, including pricing guidance, marketing, showings, offer review, negotiation, and support through closing, on the terms of the listing agreement.
The winner remains responsible for all other costs of selling the property, including any compensation to a buyer's agent and any concessions, credits, or repairs the winner chooses to agree to with a buyer, as well as title, escrow, transfer taxes, liens, loan payoffs, HOA charges, and any other costs of sale.
The $1,000 commission and brokerage fees are payable only if and when the property sells and closes, through escrow at closing.
The prize has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to any other property, or transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person. The prize does not include any guarantee of a sale, a sale price, or a timeline.
8. Conditions to receive the prize
To receive the prize, the winner must sign the Sponsor's exclusive right-to-sell listing agreement for the property within 14 days of the drawing (by Friday, December 4, 2026), and the property must be on the market no later than January 31, 2027.
The winner must allow Monica reasonable access to the property before signing so she can see the home and prepare the listing.
The listing agreement will govern the listing. If the listing agreement expires or is cancelled, or the property does not sell, the prize ends and neither the winner nor the Sponsor owes the other anything further under these rules.
9. Your information
By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may contact you by phone and email about the Giveaway and about your real estate plans. The Sponsor may text you only if you checked the optional text-message consent box, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Your information will be handled under the Privacy Policy at monopolymonica.com and will never be sold.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and city, including during the live drawing and on social media, without additional compensation.
11. General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or acts in violation of these rules.
If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway and, if cancelled, select a winner from the eligible entries received before cancellation.
The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.
Nothing in these rules requires the Sponsor to accept a listing that would violate law, licensing rules, or the policies of her brokerage.
12. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you release the Sponsor, Legacy Real Estate Group, and their agents and employees from any liability for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Giveaway or your acceptance of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical problem that prevents an entry from being received.
13. Social media
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, you release Meta and its affiliates from any responsibility relating to this Giveaway.
14. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
15. Commissions and fair housing
Real estate commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable. Any comparison on this page is an illustration only.
