My Story
Monica Margaretis — aka Monopoly Monica — is a Las Vegas Realtor®, investor, and entrepreneur whose story spans two places she calls home. Originally from Newport Beach, California, Monica has lived in the Las Vegas valley since she was a toddler and has called Las Vegas home ever since. As a frequent visitor between both cities, she knows the Southern California and Las Vegas markets extremely well — an edge few agents can offer clients moving between the two.
Real estate is only part of Monica's entrepreneurial story. She built and ran businesses across the food industry — from food trucks and meal prep to vending machines — and has hands-on experience in personal portfolio management. That operator's background gives her a real understanding of cash flow, risk, and building value from the ground up.
Monica has a genuine love and eye for luxury homes, pairing a deep appreciation for design, architecture, and fine finishes with sharp market insight into what makes a high-end property truly valuable. Today, she offers far more than buying, selling, and investing — she connects clients to private equity opportunities and guides both residential and commercial ventures, helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and business owners alike turn properties into possibilities.
