My Story
Monica Margaretis — aka Monopoly Monica — is a Las Vegas Realtor®, investor, and entrepreneur whose story spans two places she calls home. Originally from Newport Beach, California, Monica has lived in the Las Vegas valley since she was a toddler and has called Las Vegas home ever since. As a frequent visitor between both cities, she knows the Southern California and Las Vegas markets extremely well — an edge few agents can offer clients moving between the two.
Real estate is only part of Monica's entrepreneurial story. She built and ran businesses across the food industry — from food trucks and meal prep to vending machines — and has hands-on experience in personal portfolio management. That operator's background gives her a real understanding of cash flow, risk, and building value from the ground up.
Her work today covers residential sales, commercial property and investment deals: seven closed sales totalling $5.18 million, from a $357,000 Hargrove Avenue home to a $2.2 million sale on Verde Bloom Street in Summerlin, with a focus on Sunrise Manor and Henderson. She also connects clients to private equity opportunities and works with first-time buyers, seasoned investors and business owners in English and Spanish.
Above all, Monica is a devoted mother of three who brings a fierce work ethic to everything she does — at home and for every client she serves.
