The southwest includes Mountain's Edge, Rhodes Ranch, Southern Highlands and Spring Valley. Most homes here were built in the last twenty-five years, and many neighborhoods have their own parks and trail systems.
It is a convenient base if you work on the Strip or at the airport and want a newer home without a long drive.
