Southeast of the Valley

Boulder City

A small historic town near Lake Mead, about thirty minutes from the Strip.

Boulder City was built to house the workers who built Hoover Dam, and it keeps that small-town feel on purpose. It is one of only two places in Nevada where casinos are not allowed, and the city strictly limits how many new homes can be built.

Expect a historic downtown, older homes, larger lots and quick access to Lake Mead.
